This file is a save of a bug in which dwarves in traction benches constantly request diagnosis. This results in hundreds of "Diagnosed by ..." messages in medical history. The hammerdwarf in traction in the hospital (far left room) has the hundreds of "diagnosed by" messages. It seems like the request is immediately refreshed whenever a diagnoses is complete, resulting in dwarves continuously diagnosing patients.
