My mayor who is also member of ranged miilitary squad is meeting an outpost liaison from mountainhomes. Though he has his own office, they have met at barracks assigned to his squad for training. Mayor is in "Conduct meeting" for few days now, that diplomat is standing nearby and nothing happens. No actual meeting occurs.
