Fortress Defense Mod, Rubble Edition [34.11]

This mod is a Rubblized version of the Fortress Defense mod.
Not much to say except that this should work with both BD2 and BDC and (AFAIK) it is not incompatible with any existing Rubble addons.

Please note that all of the FD2 addons require the base "FD II" addon as that addon includes all of the common files.
This addon pack is designed for Rubble 3.10+.

I did a full generation check as well as a full error log check with no reported problems, so everything SHOULD work, (of course than doesn't always mean anything).
If you do find any bugs please report them to me and I will see about fixing them.

Changes made to the original to work with Rubble and 34.11:
Everything was split into addons.
Some files where renamed to fit the Rubble naming conventions.
Putrid Blendecs drop "tin nuggets" if BD2 is active.
Changed the way the world gen reactions work.
Made any updates needed for 34.11 compatibility

Please note that it is not necessary to unpack the zip to use, just drop the zip file into the Rubble addons directory and follow the instruction that come with Rubble.
