For some reason in my latest fortress I am unable to brew booze of any kind. I have both plump helmets and pig tails and I have verified that both are not forbidden and accessible. I also have barrels available. I have tried rebuilding the still and moving it to another location without success. Attempting to brew the booze shows the reagents and products screen showing the reagants "Unrotten DRINK_MAT-producing plants" and "Empty food storage item" in white. Takes place in Still appears at the bottom in red.

The biome is freezing if that makes any different and there is currently no water on the map as all water is frozen.
