Save starts focused on z=-11, where a dwarf is literally just starting to guide a minecart up a 6x6 spiral ramp. On two reloads (one of which is uploaded separately), when the cart encountered a kitten (z=~60), the dwarf let go, causing the cart to collide with him and the kitten (according to combat reports), and head down the ramp. An adult cat had already been passed with no issue.
