Starts on Z-Level with stone stockpiles. They are currently assigned 3 wheelbarrows each. There is a large open space on the rightmost area with a number of forbidden items for testing the wheelbarrow issue.

The only modification to this game is that GAIT has been set to a high speed for Dwarves. This does not affect the issue occurring, but will let testing be done more expeditiously.
