This is a fortress with a dwarf named Injured Forever, who requires some sort of treatment. This dwarf keeps needing diagnosis. She receives diagnosis successfully, but treatment is never completed. A bone doctor tries to set her injury, but it seems to fail. Then she is re-diagnosed, and the process repeats.

I have deleted and recreated the hospital in a slightly different location to try to see if the bug would fix itself, no luck. The hospital should have all necessary doctors and supplies to treat this dwarf. Other dwarves have been treated in this fortress without issue.
