Adds sergals as a playable race.

This is an edited version of the sergals from the mixmod (which are an updated version of the vilous version). Included is two custom spritepacks, for both north and south.

Updated: Fixed the northern secret weapon's errors with vanilla installations, and the new gloves.


Note: there are both vanilla and genesis versions.
