Implements my proposal from the "Manager Auto-fills stockpiles" thread, currently the top-rated Eternal Suggestion.

For DFHack v0.34.11-r3, Windows or Linux

After installing DFHack, unzip this file into your Dwarf Fortress directory. It should place new files into your hack/plugins/ and hack/lua/ directories.

While playing, you should now see one or two new hotkeys, j and J, in each stockpile's building tasks (q) menu. Use them to select work orders and trigger conditions, and wait for your bookkeeper to update stockpile records.
